Vegan Culinary Experiences

For Schools, Universities, and Colleges

Harvard Vegan Cooking

Introducing the younger generation to vegan and vegetarian food drives our creativity in the kitchen.

Meat-free cuisine is good for the eater and good for the earth. Young people, in particular, face difficult environmental and lifestyle challenges.

Chef Pankaj Pradhan’s vegan culinary program was specially designed to educate school- and college-aged students about how choosing a mostly meat- and dairy-free lifestyle can help them live healthier while sustaining a better world.

This package includes development and training of overall operations, menu planning, menu research, kitchen staff training, cooking demos, and more. Includes two flights. (Additional flights at the client’s expense.) If Chef Pradhan is traveling out of state, clients cover the cost of accommodations. He will be on call five days a week for any questions, assistance, or emergencies.

$900 per day
This package includes maximizing menu elements, as well as their usage and versatility. Chef Pradhan looks at food life span and usage, and portions and presentation. He reviews the number of items for each category (i.e., soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks, sides). He also investigates available ingredients and suppliers.
