A well-seasoned, creamy soup of cauliflower, sweet potato, Red Thai curry paste and coconut milk. Topped with chopped parsley. (Gluten Free)

X-Mas Eve Salad

A winter vegetable salad of celery root, beet root, Granny Smith apple, carrot, parsley and pomegranate seeds. Tossed with maple-mustard dressing and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. (Gluten Free)


Soy-Balsamic-Garlic Mushrooms

Sautéed crimini mushrooms tossed with fresh garlic and soy-balsamic glaze. Served over an almond remoulade and sprinkled with fresh basil. (Gluten Free / Contains Nuts)

Sage Pecan Sausage Wellington

A flaky, light puff pastry filled with soy sausage, pecans, sage, wild mushrooms, shallots and fresh herbs. Baked and served with mashed sweet potato, spinach and brown gravy.
