Tomato and basil with shallots and garlic, simmered in a combination of our house made vegetable stock and soy milk.

Kale greens sautéed in EVOO, shallots, garlic, broccoli, sun dried tomato pesto and portabella mushrooms; topped with sesame seeds




Baby arugula, carrots, grilled asparagus, tomatoes, jicama and bread croutons, tossed in a shallot vinaigrette dressing and topped with goat cheese.




Mozzarella cheese, basil pesto, tomatoes, butternut squash; topped with goat cheese and alfalfa.

Cilantro marinated fingerling potatoes served with Cajun tofu; topped with tandoori marinated roasted mix vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, onions, carrots); topped with cilantro sun flower pesto.
