Mixed greens, mixed berries, avocado, julienne mango, tossed in house dressing and topped with queso fresco.
Fresh grilled corn, served with tabasco chili sauce, sour cream and topped with feta cheese.
Tandoori seitan, served with grilled vegetables, butternut squash, potatoes, golden and red beets, served with puree of butternut squash, sautéed spinach and maple balsamic.
